At the percentile Approx 70 it may this year the cut-off for sc/st may decrease due the covid-19 (World pandemic). But from previous year data the cut-of for qualify JEE Advance round is aprrox 68 percentile but it may vary this year that the cut -of for this year may be less than 68 percentile or may be more than 68 percentile so, at instant time there is no such cut-of is released that student of sc/st can get college at 69 percentile . Until the National Testing Agency not released any date for cut-off . I think that it may release the cut- of after the second phase entrance exam.

So, From above it conclude that it may take time to release cut-off. But don't worry many colleges in india take your entry at that cut-off.
