This is because,

With 70.5 percentile in JEE mains you have failed to qualify JEE mains as you belong to obc  category and qualifying cut off percentile for general category is 72.8887969 percentile

As you have not qualified JEE main, you are not eligible for josaa counselling and thus cannot get into NIT
