I got 70.97 aggregate percentage of mathematics, physics and chemistry and my state board percentile is 86.35 %ile. Am I able to take admission in NIT if I cleared Jee main???

Hello Aspirant,

Forgetting  admission in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, you should have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For SC/ST category, a minimum of 65% marks required.
Your marks of PCM+language paper+ any subject different from other four will be considered for calculating 75% percent.

Yes you are eligible to take admission in NIT. Minimum marks required to apply in NIT is 75% and 65% for SC and ST. Admission in NIT is mainly depends upon you score in jee mains.
