It is difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in CSE in VIT because this is the first time VITEEE 2020 has been cancelled and admission is now based on class 12 marks and JEE Mains score. Admission will be based on merit so you need to wait until the results are out. The cut off will be declared after the counselling. As cut off depends on total number of candidates applied, performance of students in qualifying exam, total number of seats available etc. You have a low score and it is difficult to get seat in CSE because the cut off for CSE will be usually high and cut off also depends on category. If you belong to general category it is difficult to get seat with such percentage.
