It is difficult to predict the rank because there are various factors that determines the rank such as highest score, normalised marks, tie breakers, local/non-local status, category etc. Your ideal rank will range in between 30,000-40,000. In 2018 the cut off rank BC-B category for admission to CSE in JNTU Hyderabad was 671 considering this you may not get seat in JNTU Hyderabad. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc
