Your secured marks are very less and as per the NEET minimum qualifying percentile for SC category you need minimum 40th percentile with cutoff marks of 134-107. So you are not even qualifying the exam which means you are not eligible for counselling so getting a seat in college has no chance.

The minimum marks needed to qualify NEET UG for a SC candidate is 107 . Since your score is less than that , you do not qualify and hence , can not  join the counselling process and can't join MBBS in any college on the basis of your NEET Score. You can take admission in colleges who take admission through direct scheme.
