As you seek admission in Maharaja Agrasen college affiliated to Delhi University with 75%, you have a chance of getting admission here. 

As you belong to OBC category, you have benefit of reserved seats. You can forsure get admission in B.Com (prog). But if you seek admission in B.Com (hons), you need to hold your nerve till 6th or 7th cutoff arrives. Last year, the cutoff closed at 76% after the sixth cutoff. But this year, you may get the seat.

The last year cutoff for OBC for B.Com(H) in Maharaja Agrasen College, Delhi University was 76 percent for OBC. If your best of four subjects is greater than 76 you have chances of getting in, if it is lower than you might not be able to get admission.
