With your rank of 91k in OBC, you have no chance of getting any college through JoSAA councelling. Most of the seats get filled till 17k OBC rank and only some North-eastern home state seats can go till that round for NITs. You might also have a very slight chance in GFTIs with the worst of their branches like agriculture that too in the very last stages of counselling. It is worthless to wait and thus I would highly recommend you to look for some other options like state government colleges. I don't want to disappoint you, but you have better chances in state colleges or private colleges as compared to JoSAA counselling.
