Hi jami ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like IIIT or CFTIs .
As iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes.
