On the basis of your marks,  even if you get a government pharmacy college it would be in remote places which would in no way help you build 'You'.  Hence,  I would recommend you to go for private pharmacy Colleges. Some of the best pharmacy colleges,  like Poona College Of Pharmacy,  may take you through their Management Quota.
