We cant say that you are eligible for JEE advance but from that percentile we can predict our rank .The actual cutt off and rank list will be displayed in April by NTA

If we Consider total no of students to be 10 lakh

and apply the formula

Rank =( total no of students -( percentile*0.01*total no of students))

so your expected rank would be Rank = 231910
