Since you have not mentioned this in the question I am assuming that you are from General Category. With general actegory and your rank it is really diffivcult for you to get one of the top colleges however you may still get some college(though not in aeronautical or aerospace but in CSE or IT in colleges like Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Janatha Education Trust and MCE) . To know which one you can use
