The final cutoff percentile will be released by NTA, after the second JEE Mains exam. Since now it would be difficult to predict the eligibility for the JEE Advanced level exam. Well, as per my prediction and watching previous few years eligibility criteria, the candidates having 85+percentile will qualify for JEE Advanced. This is just the predicted range. However, you'll come to know the final results after the final session exam. So, hope for the best.!
