There are many good colleges which you can go for. You can easily get admission for colleges like abes,ims in ghaziabad. Or mit or many more are there.

If fees is not an issue then you can most probably opt for Jaypee institute of information technology (Noida) or thapar university (Punjab) or shiv nadar university (near Ghaziabad) and many more colleges are there in NCR region that'd be close enough to Punjab .

If you are asking for a good college in Punjab, i would suggest you to either go with Chandigarh University, Chitkara University or with LPU depending upon your economical background. All of these have a good reputation and great corporate relationships. But, for the best of them,  Chandigarh University will be better than all considering admission process, fee structure, placements prospects, rankings and college life. Good luck :)
