With a rank of 1,479 in obc category, you can procure a seat in the NIT Tiruchirapalli when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, in mechanical branch, the opening rank was around 1,700 and closing rank was around 3,800 in obc category under the home state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
