Hello, Aspirant.

In the first round, the cut-off for elite agriculture colleges was roughly 1k-1.5k. So, you can get a B.Sc. agriculture seat in the first round with some good reservations such as caste and agriculture quota. If you don't get accepted to a good college, you can try again in the next round. If you have a reservation in agriculture, you will almost certainly receive a seat.

These are the college you can apply to:-

  1. University of Horticulture science
  2. University of Agricultural science
  3. College of agriculture

The threshold for seat allocation is based on several factors, including

  • The exam's difficulty level
  • Scheme for marking
  • Number of candidates that showed up
  • Number of seats available
  • Reservations for various grades of seats
  • Cutoff ranks/marks from the previous year

Hope this helps!
