Du be one of the prestigious university of India and therefore usually keep their percentage high. 

Firstly du do not consider your total percentage but your best four percentage. Also the course you want to pursue, the percentage varies for different courses.  And the main thing is your category which matters alot in du and helps you to get good colleges at time with even less percentage.  

With 79% percentage you might get some off campus colleges of du like shymlal , dyal singh, sri aurobindo etc. But as i said the course and category matters here.

It would be better if you mention with your category and course you want to pursue so i might provide you with better idea regarding the colleges .
