The approximate formula to calculate the JEE Main 2019 rank for January 2019 is:
JEE Main 2019 rank= (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100
Therefore your rank will be approximately 175396.
Whether you are able to give jee jee advance or not depends on whether you qualify the cutoff officially released by the NTA. However your rank seems to be very low and thus you might not qualify for jee advance. However it also depends on your category to which you belong. So it is better to wait for release of cutoff officially.

No of students attended are 874469.
So your expected rank will be nearly around 1,75,396.
As per previous year jee mains, any rank below 2,00,000 will be qualified for jee advanced.
So according to expected rank of yours, so you are eligible for jee advanced.
