As per your Score you cannot convert NiT and IIITs and GFTIs unfortunately.

But you can convert following private engineering colleges for CSE:

PK Technical Campus Pune
DonBosco Munbai
MGMC Navi Munbai
Atharva Institute of technology Mumbai.

Cutoffs for all NITs and IIITs in CSE branch closes by 10000 ranks itself and hence very low chances.
