Hello, at this rank you can't get Cs in any Nit, IIIT Good Gfti like Pec Chandigarh, Bit Mesra,JNU, IIEST Shivpur as cutoff for CS branch is very high.
Even in some gfti like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar, Mizoram University chances of getting CS looks less.
But you should apply for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling wait till last round of Csab counseling.

So, as you are interested in Cs branch I would recommend you to apply for other states government colleges and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission like Punjab University, Ipu Delhi counseling.
