As you have got 80 percentile in JEE mains 2019 and since you belong to ST category it's more than enough to get admission in Tezpur University.

It will not be possible for you to get any branch in Tezpur University because if you see previous three year cutoffs, you will find out that for a scheduled tribe candidate, you need to secure a rank of below 5000 and according to your percentile, your rank would be around 1 lakh 50 thousand to 1 lakh 75 thousand.
