Even if you belong to OBC- NCL category, getting a good government college with CSE branch is really really difficult.
With a percentile of 80 in JEE MAINS, your rank might be somewhere near to 200k.
There are chances that you can get EE or ECE in many colleges, but that also depends on the cut off.
Because for a rank more than 200k, options like Mechanical, Civil or ICE are left in good government colleges.
