I got 80.12 percentile in jee 2019 .and my obc rank is 74000 can i get any good clg

Thx for ur advice sir and providing valuable time. But i want just good clg like cbit, vasavi etc for having good palcement can u pls say can i get this type of clges through this marks.( Not NIT)

Those colleges take through eamcet but some seats through through but category (ie through jee rank)
