As of now it is not possible to calculate your exact rank from given percentile, but using the given formula you can calculate your near about rank,
(100 - your percentile)*869010/100
According to this formula your rank would be near about 1.7 lakhs, on the basis of this rank it is not possible to get any NIT or IIIT but as you belongs to OBC category so you can try upto last round. There are also strong chances that you may qualify for JEE-Advance exam on the basis of previous year cut-off which was 74.032 percentile.
I would suggest you to prepare yourself for April session of JEE-Main along with preparation of JEE-Advance.

see there is many government colleges, private colleges, central university in india which offers admission based on jee main score, however at this score you have less chances for nits and top ranked private engineering colleges, based on jee main qualifying score students will be eligible to apply for jee advance exam, based on jee advanced test admission for btech courses in iits is done.
