The qualifying marks for NEET 2020 are 113 and you got 81 marks.

As you are not qualified the NEET 2020 exam you cannot get admission in any college through NEET.

You have failed to qualify Neet examination as Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

General/ews       50                     720  -  147

UR-PWD            45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So , you being a student  from Ur-pwd category requires at least 129 marks to qualify Neet 2020 examination

So, with 81 marks in neet examination, you have failed in Neet exam, thus not eligible for admission in any Medical College
