As per your question, as you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under open category. Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score. Total marks scored in both of these should tell your estimated predicted rank.

So as per your score 82and 586 respectively your total score would be around 62.5 and your rank would be around 5.1k to 5.5k respectively. Through this rank you can get veterinary seats in agriculture but you should apply for this quicker as this seats may be quickly filled.
