82 marks is not a good score
When you see last year's cut offs .
With this percentile it may be difficult to get qualify for advanced.
Because this time system has changed and number of slots and percentile system is there.
So cut may also goes beyond 100.
If you get qualify ; it will be difficult to get CSE or it in decent college ( NIT ; IIIT etc.).
But you can go  private colleges or in state government colleges ( branch may vary ).

As pet the percentile predictor a mark 82 corresponds to 90-92 percentile and rank about 80k to 95k.So there are certain decent colleges which can admit you to CSE or IT branches depending on which state and university you want to join.
