If you belong to General,OBC,EWS category then it would be difficult to get into IIITs. However if you belong to other categories , then you could following Newer IIITs :

IIIT Bhopal
IIIT Kota
IIIT Sonepat
IIIT Jabalpur
IIIT Kalyani
