As per your percentage and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in B.Com (Hons) are:-

Bhagini Nivedita College, Delhi

Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Delhi

Shyama Prasad Mukherji College for Women, Delhi

Bharati College, Delhi

Lakshmibai College, Delhi

Also, cutoff change every year depending upon the result of 12th standard.

No, with this percentage it is quite difficult to get admission for the course B.Com(Hons.) in Delhi university that too being a general category student because Delhi university cutoff usually goes too much high for general category , the expected cutoff for B.Com(Hons.) for general category is 95.75% to 99.37%
