Definately you will get calls from PSUs.But still some PSUs if doesn't call you then you can apply in them.Application for all PSUs are open and they have specific closing dates.

You can apply at BARC,ISRO,ONGS,IOCL,Vizag Steel ,BHEL and there are many more PSUs for electrical branch.

You have scored really good marks in GATE 2019 and according to GATE 2018 electrical paper cut off list the OBC cutoff was 67 . So you must get the interview calls form psu with these marks .
