I got 84 in physics, 79 in chemistry, 33 in maths and 87 in English. Will I get admission in jamia millia islamia if I have qualified exam?

If you are applying for BSc you have JMI entrance test. If you are applying for b.tech & b.arch it is only based on JEE rank.
JMI admit students only based on the merit list of entrance exam.. .

If I get good marks in jee mains, then do you think after seeing my 12th marks I would be eligible for getting admission in jamia millia islamia?

No one looks your 12th mark for JMI admission. Only entrance exams marks matters.. .
