Can't I get seat in nit  with 130000 rank

As you have got 84 percentile in JEE mains so there is least chances of getting an NIT hope for the best rather than you may get GFTI's and you can get  private colleges. Hope you get good college.

Yes but less chance of in NITs because you score is  very less.In IIITs Hydrabad is taking admission on marks .State college of hydrabad they have there own exam. 

You may check last year cutoff of NITs.IIITs,GFTIs on below link.

Hello, hope you are doing well. Based on  your percentile, Your Predicted All India Rank is 173725. With this rank it is very difficult to get a seat in IIT or Nits.
