For general category scoring 84 percentile will not be considered as a good score, you will hardly get any of the NITs or IIITs, but considering you are anST student you can expect few new NITs and IIITs and even top NITs if you are flexible with branch.

Your probable ST category rank range will be 2650 - 2950  and your General probable rank will be 174,758 - 194,758.
