I got 32 marks in jee mains and I belongs to St category can I get NIT.

Sorry you can not get admission in any NIt with this score.Admission in colleges accepting JEE main 2018 depends on rank of the candidate and cut off of the institute. These institutes include NIT's ,IIIT's,GIFT's and other state government colleges and universities accepting JEE mains score. You have very less score in ST category so you are not eligible for any above mentioned colleges thus you cannot get admission with this JEE Main rank. Try for good private colleges.
