As you have mentioned that you scored 85% in your 12th boards and also you are from general category. The DU cutoffs for B.com programme is generally higher or say higher than 94% for North campus colleges. As you belong to general category so no quota can help you. If you are willing to study in south campus then you can definitely get some colleges for B.com programme. And also DU takes best four marks from your subjects. So plan yourself accordingly.

As you mentioned you're from general category its quite difficult to get admission in b.com in delhi university as the cut off is usually around 93%+ and every year it kept on increasing as more and more students have started doing great when it comes to academis.
