Hello Aspirant!
Congratulations on getting good grades in examination. Ews category means economically weaker section , the cutoff of this category goes below from the general category and there is some percentage of fees relaxation also. You can get good state Colleges based on your merit but it is not possible to get admission without fees. Your fees will be much lesser than the one others pay but it would be some amount.
