As you have mentioned your percentile that is 85.96 ,so your predicted all india rank as per my calculations would be somewhat around 1.5L.

And coming to the cut off in vtu balegaum, for computer science it is approximately 2.5k(state merit list) but there is no official data available in the website about the cut offs . So, this is as per my knowledge.

If you want to get cse here you really need to increase your percentile. In this percentile you won't get cse here. But you can think of other branches like civil,chemical branches. You have good chances to get a seat in these.
