As you have mentioned your both ranks but your category rank is good and definitely you can get colleges with the field of CSE and IT but the colleges you can get would be of medium level because getting top colleges would be very hard because the cutoffs are quite high but definitely you can try in many colleges and compare your rank with the cutoffs of colleges for a better info you can use below link to actually check colleges where you have chance of getting admission on the basis of rank you have gained in your exam hence, the link is:

I hope you are doing well, Yo secured a good rank. But the reality is you wont be able to get prestigious colleges with a good branch. But you can still apply at the good private colleges and get the CS Branch. You can look at the colleges listed below -
