Dear student,

As you have secured 86211 rank in JEE mains from  your OBC category then it is quite impossible for you to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT.

But if belong to home state quota then there might be a chance that you can get low nits like NIT Manipur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Srinagar, NIT Puducherry, etc.
But if you other state student, then sorry you have no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT in any branch.

Because as you know, nowadays, the competitions are drastically increasing day by day and with this much OBC rank you cannot get any good NIT or any IIIT. For getting seat in any NIT you must secure at least under 10000 rank from OBC category and for any other government colleges apart from NIT for IIT you must secure at least under 30000 OBC category rank otherwise is there is no chance that you can get any good government colleges

Better you try for some private colleges.
