In Islamic University of Science & Technology provides B.tech degree in 6 specialization. Basically they have their own entrance test named IUST ENTRANCE TEST. But they consider JEE MAIN marks for btech admission.

Basically 60% of jee marks is the criteria for the admission. Your percentile is not the proper information to calculate the marks. Basically it is a measurement about how many of students  are far behind from you.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on various factors like number of participant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of streams in engineering etc. till now jee main april session is yet to held and if number of candidates larger this time it will have effect on your current score and percentile.
