As per your percentile your rank would lie in between 14000- 18000. For NIT college,  you need to score less than 3000 rank in general category. So, you have no chance of getting any NIT with this rank.

You can get private university with this rank. The private colleges you get are:

Galgotias University

Integral university

SRM University

Sharda University

Amity University
