According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your percentile would be in the range of 94.36-94.56 and your rank would lies in between 49932-62082. On the basis of this rank and percentile and category you cannot get into NITs aas per previous year's cut-offs.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
