For JEE Mains 2020 B.Arch paper  Thus you can the percentile should be above 85. Then only you can hope for a good college.

Looking your percentile you have scored  a good number. If your rank is in top 500 you can get an NIT level college like SPA Delhi, NIT Trichy.

The cutoff for B.Arch is about 50% of the total marks. If your percentage is above 70% then easily you can get any descent college in India.

But if you are expecting from IIT's he admission is totally based on your JEE Advance ranking,and the same for NIT's. If you want to take admission in NIT then your rank should be under 2.5k.

You can get any NIT level college on your percentile. But your rank also should be under 1-2 k .
