It depends on the cutoff for the jee mains declared by the nta. The cutoff is not yet declared officially. but as per the result analysis the expected cutoff for each category for this year have been released. if you are able to qualify cutoff then you can write the jee advanced examination...

It's difficult to tell the qualifying cut off this year but if you get more than 85 percentile you will have high chance of qualifying for  Joint entrance examination advance, As you have got 88 percentile you have a high chance of getting qualified for Jee advance.
