Hello Yash,
There used to be our time when there was no MHCET and selection to COEP were directly by JEE MAINS normalized marks. But with the advent of MHCET, you can take admission in COEP under ALL INDIA seat quota, refer DTE manual for more details. Or you can take admission to COEP under NRI quota which requires only 12th board marks. Cutoff fluctuates under ALL INDIA, BUT apart from NRI, all other types should be applied by a student domiciled in Maharashtra.
