Congratulations on your JEE RANK. Sorry to say but the counseling of TIET is over now and the classes of Thapar University is also get started from 1 September in online mode. Hence there is no sense in knowing the chances.
The final date to submit the application form for all rounds of counseling is 31 July and the final round of counseling gets over on the 15th of September.
