Yes definitely, as you belong to HS Quota, you can get a branch at this rank in NIT Srinagar. According to previous year's cutoff, you can get branches like upto 7th round of counseling - Chemical Engineering & Metallurgy. But if you wait till to spot rounds, then you can get - ECE, IT, ME, EE. So in short, you can get all the branches except CSE in spot rounds at this rank. So, I would aslo suggest to wait for counseling. If you get IT or ECE in spot round, then you will get more opportunities in placements as well in future.
