Of course, you should apply for counseling chances are low that you could make into any good college but you should try at least, maybe you could make it to some college. If you do not apply you won't know if that is true or not. And also try to fill as many colleges as many as you could. First, arrange all the NITs and then go for the rest of the colleges.
