Hi you have very good percentile but not high enough to get into NITs. Actually those students who are seeking admission into NITs need to get a minimum of 95 percentile in all category to get admission for undergraduate courses in NITs.

However this is not the end of the road for you, luckly NTA has kept JEE exam two times this year. So you can improve your performance in upcoming session in may JEE ADVANCED.

With JEE MAIN score you can apply for many state and privite run universities. They accept JEE MAIN score.

Hello keshav, getting into an IIT or NIT is dream of every student but it also takes a lot of hard work to achieve that feat. Your category quota might play a big factor in your admission into NITs. Your result is good but you can improve it in your second attempt also and it will open more doors for your admit into a good college. I would reccomend you to use these links for most accurate result and to access your chances of better options.

Dear Keshav

Keshav yeah are under that zone of student's who will going to write the JEE Advanced 2019 but for getting into the NIT as per the analysis of the experts you should have the score of Atleast 95 marks in the JEE mains Janaury session which might can vary after the declaration of the final cuttoff for the various categories. But don't get panic still you are left out with one more attempt ,in that you should have the target to score more than 95+ percentile in the JEE mains April session.

All the best

Hello aspirant.

It's hard to tell whether you get or not, but by seeing your percentile I.e.,89.89 yes u can get NITs, as you are from OBC category, u have the chances to get one of them.

Hope this information is relevant to your question.

If you have any enquiries please feel free to ask.

Thank you:)
