First of all congrats for getting 84.46 percentile, it is not easy to get such a high percentile. But we both know that percentile it is not enough for you to get into NITs. Competition is very high this days. But dont be discourged by that, with your percentile you can easily get into top priviate colleges.
A minimum of 95 percentile is needed to land into NIT.
And also since you have got 84.46 percentile, mostly you will qualify for JEE Advanced, prepare and answer well for that exam. You might end up in IITs.
